Brought a 23 Harley Road Glide Limited from this Dealer last Jan. They were straight up about condition. Drove up from va to pick up and found everything as presented. It was easy deal and they loaded in my trailer. About 3hours total time in and out. I have recommended to my friends and will do business with them again.
When you spend 10k on a motorcycle you’d think they would change all the fluids.. I called in and that’s not the case on any used bike per sales, my primary fluid looked like burnt diesel motor oil. If you buy from here make sure to have a 3 hole oil change done . Also make sure the neck lock matches the keys.. more information that’s was failed to be told to me the consumer. But hey it had new tires so that’s good.
Incredible selection!! Great prices! Not so great sales team maybe. I contacted them via the info given from craigslist but to no avail. No response, not once but twice. That's a missed call/sale in my book. But great selection & price!!

This may not be the biggest and fanciest dealer in NE Ohio, but it’ll continue to be my go to because of their great customer service.
