The sales team was extremely patient with me. My financial issues were one thing after another. On top of all that I spent 15 days in the hospital. Cindy checked on me often via text messages. Made my day every time it always was about how I was. Then we tslk about the Triglide ultra I wanted to get. Not sure how Cindy kept it for me but I'm loving my new ride. Thank you to everyone who made my new ride possible!!!
Good afternoon everyone 🤙🏼 Yesterday 9/12/25 around 4:30 to 5:00pm I arenged to meet a fellow rider and inspect our motorcycles for a possible trade at the Iron valley Harley dealership parking lot. Long story short my motorcycle battery 🔋 was drain 🙂↔️. I decide to look for help inside the dealership and even I didn't went to buy nothing. I was treated and been helped like I was a buyer!! I was impressed and felt comfortable!! The Lady that welcomed me was super helpful and with a great approach she offered me water and a place to sit down!. Also the guys from service they trickle charge and jump start my motorcycle. I appreciate your help guys at the Iron Valley Harley Davidson Dealership!!. Walked in pretty clean place a lot of sale items for bike parts and clothes was greeted place/structure is awesome inside poker chip looks cool also id go back to visit
We were traveling through the state. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We bought a couple shirts and they allowed us to use their motorcycle lift to put my bike in the back of my truck so we could head home to Denver CO. Thanks Iron Valley Harley.
Went in to buy a T-Shirt and left with a 2019 Street Glide. Our situation was unique as we were in town from out of state. We were leaving in the morning early. Denise and Chris stepped up and made it happen! Fabulous people!!
