Huge shout out to Chris my salesman. I been on phone with you for weeks while offshore trying to get deal done. This review is not upon him. This guy was awesome. On Friday Dec 19th decision was made that power of attorney was not able to be used & I would need to come in and sign papers. I text Chris at 10am and told him I would be at his business at 3-4 pm since my drive was 6 hours. We arrived at 2:58 pm met and was asked to wait while paperwork was finalized and ready. It’s now 4:15 and I am walking out the door without a 34k side by side & I am truly disappointed I drive 4 hours 1 way today from Marshall Texas to purchase this bike. Chris you were fantastic brother. I appreciate all your time & effort. I been gone for 15 days and my time is valuable. Update!!! Chris the owner called me on 12/24/2025 after knowing I was upset & left yesterday. They delivered bike to my house !!! I fixed my 1stat review to 5 thank you guys.

I am so pleased to have a Quality dealer like Iron Supply Powersports only 30 miles away. Their Service Department for Indian motorcycles, and I'm sure other products, is top notch! Dalton, the man who got me to visit the first time because of his welcoming nature on the phone, along with Jared, make the best pair of service advisors I've encountered in my over 55 years of riding. I've also dealt with Rene, the shop foreman, Carl and Hugo in Parts who are very helpful, and Jamin, in Sales. All experienced, very pleasant people. Iron Supply must have a top notch hiring and training system. I recommend Iron Supply Powersports in Katy highly. All of the employees I've met, in addition to those mentioned above, are so pleasant and helpful.
