Best BMW dealership I’ve been in. I just retired from a 38 year career in the automobile business. I’ve bought 22 new BMW motorcycles and rode well over 700,000 miles. I’ve been in many dealerships. Iron Horse is amazing. A very positive, friendly, never pushy staff. Many of the employees have been with them for the 20 years I’ve been coming in. I think it starts with the owner John Cartwright. He listens and truly cares. If you are curious about riding or have years of experience this is your store.
Great staff! This is where you want to spend your $ ! I felt a total lack of pressure and corporate push. Gotta love an independent dealer. Both Jim and Blake are down to earth in the sales office. Taylor in apparel, was very helpful and took time with me to explain products and options. I’ve been to the corporate stores and had to go, went to Iron Horse and bought a motorcycle!!
Well butter my biscuit and call me lucky! I rolled into Iron Horse Motorcycle in Tucson sittin’ on a pair of tires slicker than a greased pig at a county fair , still had 2,000 miles to go and not a prayer in sight. That shop was busier than a one-legged man in a butt-kickin’ contest, but the service manager took one look at my road-weary ride and said, “We’ll make it happen.” And boy, did they ever. In no time flat, they had me fixed up with a fresh set of rubber, tighter than grandma’s hug on Sunday morning. I barely had time to sip my sweet tea before I was back on the highway, grinnin’ like a possum eatin’ a peach. Iron Horse didn’t just patch me up, they treated me like lifetime client. If you’re ever in a bind and need a hand, that crew’s got more heart than a church picnic. Five stars and a tip of the cowboy hat to y’all!
