From the sales team members I spoke to on the floor to the people behind the parts/service counter about all the models of bikes and just shooting the breeze about bikes and riding I am extremely impressed with the quality of people there. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy about anything. In town from Maine and wanted to ride for the weekend, Robert hooked me up on a brand new Scout Bobber for 3 days at a great rate! Much better than HD. I will definitely be back to rent and to socialize. Thank you again guys and girls! You rock!!"
As a former Harley owner, I did a ton of research on the Indian Pursuit. I went to another Indian dealer closer to my hometown in Vegas. The experience there was absolutely atrocious. I was treated like another looky lou piece of trash and it was really disheartening since I've always heard wonderful things about Indian. Thankfully, I called Indian of San Diego and immediately got hooked up with Angel. I knew what I wanted and they just happened to have that exact model in stock. Angel was absolutely awesome to work with and when she passed me over to Sarah in finance, I can tell you that it was just as great! That lovely lady really knows her stuff! She was super sweet and took her time with any questions I had. All in All I would say Indian of San Diego is my dealership of choice because the employees are so incredibly awesome. If you've had a less than pleasurable experience anywhere else, call the fine people of Indian San Diego and find out what it really feels like to be highly valued and treated like family! I rented a bike from Indian Motorcycles of San Diego for 6 days in February of 2024. The bike was ready for me at the scheduled time and the staff gave me a good briefing on its operation and features. I was in the middle of a longer holiday and they stored my luggage and sports equipment in a secure facility while I was on my bike trip. I rented a new Indian Challenger and it gave me no problems during my six-day ride to Texas, New Mexico, and back. I had one question about bike maintenance and servicing one evening, and they responded to my email inquiry that evening. I was completely satisfied with my rental experience, and will likely rent from them again in the future. They even arranged and paid for my Uber to the airport after my bike trip. I highly recommend this bike shop.
I can't wait to own one of these iconic bikes, and the staff there are very polite and helpful. They never push a sale, they just help you relax and see what you like. I plan to rent a weekend ride someday soon.
