This is not my first bike nor my first dealership experience; and I must say the entire staff at this location were amazing! Jill and I were in constant contact ahead of time to make the deal happen. John made the financing process a breeze! Dustin and the service crew were wonderful to discuss everything with (i also put my other bike in for service while there). Jake conducted a wonderful walk-through, made sure everything was strapped down well, and covered tons of information. (My friend and I almost left with 2 bikes instead of one). The staff here I would highly recommend.
To be honest, I’ve not dealt with a motorcycle dealer before but I had a great experience. Jill was great with communication and super helpful on getting me information and helping me find the perfect bike. John made it so easy with all the paperwork and got me everything I needed to successfully purchase my Indian Scout. I’ve already had people asking me where I got my bike and I tell them that This place is highly recommended.
Personally I had no issues at all during the process. It was simple once I found the bike I wanted. Jill at Indian motorcycles was super nice and had clear communication.
