I started a conversation with Jeremy (sales) about a Honda 1000-3. He was awesome and got me squared away with my trade in with the approval of Daniel (GM). Both of them were honest and upfront. They beat Team Mancuso's price by $2000 between discounts and my trade in. Miguel in finance was super easy to work with and explained everything. Visit this place first, don't waste time anywhere else. Lastly, Lane in parts was super knowledgeable and able to get me an idea of where I should start with accessories to make the sxs street legal.
Went there to buy a new Honda Pioneer 1000. Specifically came to this one for the teal color they had at this store! Jason and his team were really helpful! When I decided to buy it they took us and introduced us to parts guy and the head of service, who were very personable and answered all our questions and even gave us advice. They will beat any price around, and even though there are other Houston Motorsports stores in the area, we will definitely come back to the Pasadena one for whatever we need. They also have a store extended warranty that honestly can’t be beat for new units. Very satisfied!
I recently had to take my motorcycle in due to a “Check Engine Light”. The service department was able to find the cause and make a repair (loose connector pin). The service advisor Paul contacted me to let me know what they found. He was very helpful and I was glad to have my motorcycle back with no more issues.
I bought a Rzr XPS. From them. They were great to deal with, whole staff was. My only complaint is been 2 months now and no one has contacted me to say, how is the Rzr or anything. When I buy a car they always contact me . Cowboy powersports did and I spent half there to what I did at Houston PS. Anyway just my little 2 cents
