David is a great guy. I brought my wife’s E bike into him on two different occasions for various things. He has gone over it each time as ask and fixed everything that it was needed. In a timely manner. I would recommend House Of Cycles and David to any bike owner in the area.
Took my daughter’s bike here to have her back tire fixed as it wasn’t holding air anymore. David was very nice & had it fixed within 24h! He even went as far as helping me load the bike into my car! Any and all cycle needs, House of Cycles is your people!!
David Boles at House of Cycles in West Monroe is top-notch. He’s built and serviced my latest Trek e-bike. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and takes pride in doing things right. Even better, he’s patient and always willing to answer questions, no matter how dumb. If you’re looking for a solid Trek dealer or just a great mechanic who actually cares, David’s your guy. Highly recommend him and the shop.
Our family has been purchasing bicycles from & getting them serviced by David for a long time. We frequent the bicycle shop still at its location in House of Cycles. Easy access and still the consistent good service & friendly atmosphere.
I came into house of cycles knowing that all I needed was a new oil filter cover, as well as had the bike and a photo of how the cover had a crack in it (so it wasn’t sealed) and wanted to know if they had the part to fix it. I was told they’d give me a call back, and after coming back a couple of hours later, I was told that I would have to pay $100 fee for a diagnosis!! I did not ask for a diagnosis or for anything on my bike to be taken apart! I already knew exactly what wanted to know if they had the part (yes or no) to fix it. Imagine if your screen was cracked on your phone and you got charged a “diagnosis” fee to say you need a new screen when you come into the store saying from the get go that your screen was broke and you needed a new one when you walked in 😂 that just makes no sense. I hate to sound like “that guy” but this is very wrong, and definitely shouldn’t be looked past. 👎🏻👎🏻 I don’t recommend service for anyone here.
