This is the only shop that would swap my tires in Rutherford county and Franklin. You'd think there would be several people that would do it but Hooligan is literally the only shop that even sounded like they were interested in doing it, not to mention they were a fair price too. Then to top it off they were fast to do it. Definitely coming back to this shop for whatever I need in the future. Highly recommend!!
Recently purchased my first Harley and I wanted to make it my own. Hooligan Cycles totally transformed my bike into everything I wanted and then some. Top notch professional service with the work completed in a timely manner. I’d recommend them to anyone needing work done on their bike without hesitation! A few before and after pictures of my bike. Chrome forks, lights and lenses, windshield, wheels/tires, new seat, air ride suspension, new chrome handlebars and controls, full exhaust with tune!
I can in at the wrong time apparently. The people were having a meeting and I call a couple days ahead of me coming. I waited literally 30-40 minutes and people were walking by. Finally someone came out and asked. I needed an oil change. Even thought the service was fairly quick, the price was somewhat above what I usually pay. I could have taken it to Harley for that price and gotten more service. I probably won't be going back. It's says 3 stars but there's no way to put 2.5. Tha KS but no thanks. I paid for the service but never again. Nice build/ business though.
Overpriced Harley dealer prices. Kept saying I'd pay more at the dealer... Probably not much more. However. They knew I needed the stuff and charged me accordingly. Really sucks as I was hoping to find a regular shop after moving hopefully their work is worth the money paid. Anyone constantly justifying prices is gouging most likely.
Sold me a bike with the tank liner on the way out (at the price point of a bike with no issues). Took advantage of my lack of knowledge with carb'd bikes (specifically, salesman named "G"). Been fighting this bike since I got it (1.5 years ago...). Bike had an issue before I even left the parking lot, but to their credit, they did get it fixed (swapped a part from another bike). I guess that should have been my first warning sign that this bike was a bit of a lemon. No clue if they knew about the liner on it's way out, but telling me that the strange behavior I noticed with the bike was just "the way carbureted bikes are" and then me experiencing the slow decline.. I do not consider any of that trustworthy or reputable business. I've now got a bike that even Harley won't touch (because of the tank liner). Fun bike when the liner isn't clogging up the carb and stranding me in different states. Wasted a whole season of riding this year. I don't think I'll be coming back here for a bike or repair.
