Today I bought a 2025 Kawasaki Ridge 2-door and had such a great experience that I was compelled to leave this review! Simply put… Davis was amazing to work with… he was friendly, patient!! (I had to drive everything!) and super knowledgeable. He made everything easy and enjoyable from start to finish. What a great team and buying experience! I worked with Davis on an out of state purchase - We worked everything out remotely, amazing deal, bike was exactly as expected and solid communication throughout the whole buying process. Purchased a Kawasaki Ninja 500 a little over a year ago and was no longer able to ride comfortably after a work accident. Page and the team were able to get me a great price on my trade in, and onto a new 2026 Honda Rebel 1100! She was able do almost everything over the phone and let me know all the details of my purchase before going to Savannah and looking at the bike. Once I was able to make the final decision in person, they got me a super low payment and the paperwork process was super simple and fast, considering how busy they were. They even arranged pick up of my trade and delivery of the new bike the same day. Can’t recommend Page and the rest of the team enough! I will definitely be back when the time comes for a third purchase!
Had the best experience here earlier this month. I went in to get my first bike with only a vague idea of what I wanted. I went in not long after open and was immediately greeted by Davis. Davis was a tremendous help throughout the entire process. He was incredibly respectful of the fact that this was my first bike. He showed me quite a few bikes in the showroom and allowed me to sit on them to get a feel. I'm very short so they were all a bit tall for me. He remembered they had a Yamaha R3 in the back and took me to sit on it and I immediately knew that it was the one I wanted. Davis seemed equally as excited as me about finding ✨The One✨ so we immediately went inside to figure out all the important grownup stuff that comes along with purchasing a vehicle of any sort. He laid out an itemized bill and explained what everything on it was so I was incredibly comfortable knowing where my money was going. It was by far the best customer service experience I've ever had. I had been worried about going in because I'm a short girl who's never ridden and I was scared they might make fun of me or something but that was so far from the truth. Everyone I spoke to was eager to help get me riding. 10/10 experience! Thank you Davis 😎
