Great buying experience here. Drove from Oklahoma just to buy here because of reviews. They did not disappoint! The sales guys and service guys were awesome as well as the finance experience. If you're looking for a Honda product (and why wouldn't you be) this is the place to buy!

Very poor service. Bought a 2026 atv from them. Everything they said was nothing but lies. They install heated hand grips and it fell off and melt, wires hanging on the exhaust pipe. The 2500 lb winch wires are being smashed by the seat. Won't start it, it might catch fire. There service department won't answer the phone it goes to voice call were they call you back , good luck with that. Would not buy from them anymore its a very poor business. Recommend going somewhere else.

Would love to leave more stars. My 1st encounter with this dealership. My wife's family has been using for years with their race bikes. We brought in a 2017 Honda CR250R to have the forks rebuilt. We were quoted $280 to do this job. Long story short they misquoted a $426 job. With no explanation or change order notification. We were charged the $426. So they were called out on it and were able to replay the phone conversation (which is illegal without notification of being recorded) and we were to be credited the difference. Prior to this, the manager who went to retrieve my bike convinced me that the clutch was not functioning. So me being dumb & taking his word, I said dig into it and find out why. Before taking it for forks, it was a fully functional bike. When I did some research, the clutch system works with the bikes oil and that pressure is what helps the clutch operate. So cold and not running it will not work like other clutches. When getting our refund of that difference. We were charged half an hour (about $60) to look at the clutch. My problem is they dont feel honest. I was told the clutch plates are beginning to wear. Which someone could assume without draining the oil & opening that housing. So we opened it up and only found that the basket is starting to wear (Never mentioned by honda.) Dirt still around those bolts that were "taken off" (right.) This department is operated by crooks, liars, & even under knowledged. Charge me the $60 to help cover their misquoted original service. Per the manager when the bike was supposedly apart. Because I stopped them looking into it, I was not told more than the plates because it wasn't worth their time. Because I was likely to do the work myself, why tell me what they seen... even if it were fact, it would have caused me to come back to the parts dept to buy more parts.. lol. Not worth their time.. when it was already torn apart. Come on man! Long story short on this rant, I will never ever bring one of my bikes in for service of any kind. I will drive a little extra & pay a little more to take this somewhere trustworthy. Zero issue with the parts department. Very helpful. They know what they're doing. I dont feel like I am being lied to. A good mechanic, new to you won't just tell you. They will show you and take just a little bit of their time to explain what you dont understand to build that trust.

My sales person, Hayden did a great job coordinating my out of state purchase of a 2024 Goldwing Tour DCT, including picking me up at the airport, showing me features on the bike, and processing the paperwork so when I arrived, it was a simple transaction to ride the bike home ~800 miles the next day. Their people were stellar, and their facility was spotless. It is a dealer and team I would trust with my money for a great deal and even better support!

Always have a great experience here! Bought both my bikes here from Rich Cline who is an amazing salesman and great person overall. Highly recommend going here if you are thinking of getting anything power sports!
