Gene and Kenny are great had a warranty issue had the bike fixed before I knew it. Called them they said yeah it's all set come and get it just like that. They don't just do this for a living it is their life. I know I used to run a motorcycle shop and if you love it you are definitely into it.
If you live on the East Coast or you live on the West Coast or like in my case you live right in the middle of the country. If you need a part for your Ural and at a reasonable price this is the place to come to or give a call on the phone. Same goes if you just need some technical advice and if you’re lucky enough to be in the area have them fix up your Russian steed.
Encyclopedic knowledge of product new and old, mechanical competence and customer service beyond the best. Gene has spent cumulatively hours on the phone with me helping me over glitches with my 20 year-year-old Deco Classic.
