After years and years of wanting to own a Harley, I was finally able to make that dream come true. Huge shoutout to Jacob for walking me thru the process. From the time we walked in, he tailored the experience to my wants and needs. It felt like a big brother helping me weed thru my wants vs needs making me set all of the bikes. Ultimately helping me find the bike I was destined to own. Even answer calls and questions when he wasn’t on the clock. Went in for a beard contest came out with a new bike. The sales staff was super helpful without being pushy. Ended up dealing with Jacob who helped me get where I needed to be on the new bike. Thanks to the new management style I like the dealership better than I used to will definitely be back.
Ok real talk, we’ve bought a lot of bikes from here over the years, the experience tonight under new ownership with the exception of one employee was outstanding. From the moment we walked in the door, helpful, friendly but not pushy or overbearing. Everyone was so nice and when they “welcome you to the family” it really does feel like that. Doug was our sales guy highly recommend, Casey the manager was amazing. If you’ve been there before I’d recommend giving them another try it really is a whole different world there now for the better.

I originally bought my trike at Historic HD in 2019 - and decided to go back when I had to make the difficult decision to sell her. Tim Martinez worked with me via text message to make an appointment to bring her in and then he and Jacob Keeler worked with me today through an incredibly emotional sale for me with respect and caring. So many memories for me with my trike; and now the extremely fair price they gave me will help more than they know. When I’m ready to get a new trike I know exactly where I’ll be headed.
