Recently purchased a RZR from Hicklin. Had a very pleasurable experience with Deegan with the purchase of the machine, as well as Sarah in parts with a few items we picked up. I know I personally would do business with them again (even though I have a dealer closer, and live 2 hours away).
I was finally able to get my first bike that ive wanted ti have for years and Im so happy I was able to get a bike from somewhere so close to home. Brandon was super helpful during the entire process. He even let me role the new pair of gloves I got in with the bike. Im super excited for good weather and appreciate their hospitality.

Austin in parts was amazing super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely friendly. He made sure I got exactly what I needed and explained everything clearly so I felt confident in my purchase. He didn’t make it feel overwhelming at all. Xavier in service is always helping my boyfriend problem solve things with his bike and is extremely knowledgeable. And has 10/10 customer service skills. Both of them are extremely sociable and make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. It’s honestly refreshing to go somewhere that has such great customer service.
