Great experience! Tucker our sales guy helped us with picking out our bikes and was super patient with all of our questions and the fact that we came in pretty last second to look before the store was closing, he was super kind and straight forward couldn't speak more highly of him. Joe in fiance made the paperwork so much fun. We haven't laughed that hard in a few days it felt like. While doing the paperwork he showed us a map of different trails we could hit. He is super knowledgeable and personable! Cole spent the better half of an hour plus making sure we had all the necessary accessories we needed to get going. He helped us out in trying helmets and talked us through all the different care/maintenance/safety options they had. We ended up leaving with exactly everything we needed to start riding right away i.e : loading straps, loading ramp, chain cleaner, air filter cleaner and even Bluetooth connections for our helmets. Chance helped us load up our bikes and very carefully went over both yamahas and patiently answered our questions when leaving: how to store the bikes, load them, and everything else. This was such a fun experience and haven't stopped talking to people about coming here. Will definitely be back to purchase something else in the future only from here just because of the awesome staff. Really top notch place. And thanks again to you guys!
Went in to look around on a Saturday just to see what they had. Ended up making a purchase of a great Polaris Razor. I delt with Tucker and he was able to answer my question and talked to me like a was a person and not someone trying to push a sale. In the end I am very happy with the process that they provided & got me what I wanted. Looking forward to dealing with them in the future.
Great experience with my recent Can-Am Defender purchase with Tyler. Questions and lots of time spent going over options and accessories, quotes and model options etc, I never felt like I was being a burden. Was able to get it picked up next day even though an event was taking place. The unit was not well cleaned unfortunately, I wasn’t too concerned but picking up a new unit that was still dirty was a let down, Tyler saw and did his best to clean the seats and interior better than the shop did. It wasn’t necessary but a great sign of his willingness to make sure the customer is happy with their purchase and service.
