This is how it should be done. Purchased a new Street Glide. Mike, Blake, Ed and Scrappy in sales and David in parts all went the extra mile to be sure I got exactly what I wanted. Test ride process was easy. No high pressure sales. Ed, Scrappy and Ezra were there when I had questions. Gave me space when I wanted to browse and consider. When I asked for a straightforward price on the bike I got it. Mike and Blake made sure I was made aware of all applicable incentives and discounts. When I wanted the numbers re run to consider different payment options I got no push back, no games. Blake re ran the numbers so I knew exactly what I was getting. David took the time to show me the accessories I wanted to consider so I knew exactly what I was purchasing and how it would look. I've also visited the service department for service on my Softail and have never had a bad experience. Brian is great. They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it.
If you need parts for a Harley, this is definitely the place. They have a huge selection of bikes. Friendly staff and a clean store.

His knowledge and passion for the brand was evident and his interpersonal skills made me feel like I was the most important person he has ever dealt with. It would be an enormous mistake if you are looking to purchase a Harley-Davidson Motorcycle and did not visit Heart of Dixie Harley-Davidson. Absolutely amazing experience here. We had a bad experience at a different Harley dealership & we got a little turned off to the Harley side of things from the experience. We then decided to come here instead, & wow what a difference. We immediately felt like family. Ezra was the person we spoke with. He was extremely knowledgeable & made sure everything happened. He missed bike night to do our deal, & made sure that someone from service was there late to get the parts on the bike that we needed. It was a 10/10 experience. We definitely plan to attend future events here & feel like we have a new family 🥰 thanks so much Heart of Dixie for going above & beyond for our family! We are EXTREMELY happy with our purchase & the customer service we received! Will definitely use them from here on out! Worth the drive for us.
