I had found Hawkeye via google.com. I was looking for a lawn mower that I had wanted. From the first moment I had texted or contacted their business, Josh in sales/customer service answered back very promptly. Superb communications. The whole process was efficient to say the least. Not only that, I told him I had wanted the item and that he’d set it aside. I’d be driving 3 hrs. from out of state to come pick it up. And, without any credit card required. Upon arriving I met him and the owner, Joel Reno. We had some great conversation. I bought it and was on my way. In short, I’d come back to do business with them again. No doubts. It’s what customer service should be today!
Scott loves his new scooter. It's so easy to handle and he loves the look of it. Josh was so nice and informative. We had bought 3 motorcycles and now this scooter. We have always been treated special and fair. Best place to buy a vehicle by far!!!
Very easy to work with I told them where I needed to be on price and had a deal before I ever arrived. The deal was the easy part I will say they were polite but not very interested chatting or getting to know me like I’d like when spending that much money on something. I took test ride got back signed paperwork and gone there probably around 1 hour in total. I was alone picking up my bike loaded up by myself and with it being my first time strapping a bike in a trailer alone managed to lightly drop the bike while trying to strap it down. I have two nicks and replaced a plastic granite. The plastic was only 30 bucks so not a huge deal. After that some nice gentlemen that did not work. There stopped and helped me after he saw me struggling, but it would’ve been nice for the salesman to offer to help me strap it down.
