They sold me a really nice bike. Its my favorite thing ive ever purchased in the world right now. Its sick and exactly what i was looking for in a bike at the moment. Im not an ideal customer always, ive been burned by alot of businesses in fort myers, and they've been super patient with me. I commend the workers there for their patience. Definitely buy a bike here. These guys are legit. Take it from the most skeptical buyer in the world. This place is it. If youre thinking you want a new bike and you want to make sure youre getting it from some trusted proffesionals, this is it. Hats off to these folks.
Definitely recommend! Just bought a Royal Enfield today. Arrived close to closing time yet we were not rushed at. all. We were given time to see inventory and think without any rush or judgement which we appreciated. Monk and Andy were so very knowledgeable and just awesome stand up guys. The process was so easy with no BS. Honestly great experience and definitely recommending to others if they're looking to purchase any bikes!
I have seen the bad reviews. So I decided to give them a chance. Garrett did an awesome job getting me the Royal Enfield Classic 350 I wanted. Absolutely the easiest buying experience I have ever had. Great selection of bikes, friendly staff. 5 star process and product in my humble opinion.
First time to this dealership...what a hidden gem!! I've never seen a multi story showroom!! WOW!! I accompanied my husband Alan there for an anticipated purchase after speaking with Alex last night. He directed us to Monk who was so friendly, I felt like we were old friends. He answered all of my husband's questions...offered a great deal for his trade and the beautiful bike he had sought out to find. As an observer to the entire process I recommend this dealership for your bike search. The staff is top notch and please give Monk your business and a handshake for making your 2, 3 or even 4 wheel dreams come true!!
Well you see after less then satisfactory response I was told that is was not the fuel injectors. But is is alright no worries. God bless to the company and bless their hearts for trying. My brother and I dropped our ATV off for diagnostics and Two weeks went by and we didn’t hear anything and then when we called and asked questions they tried to tell us that there wasn’t a vin on the bike when there is a vin on our bike, then they found that then they tried saying that it was our ejector when it wasn’t. Our injector works fine so after being hung up on about 3 to 4 times, and getting into an argument with I’m guessing a service manager or something not exactly sure what the position was. We decided to pick up our bike. I brought the bike here because we knew someone that works here and we thought that customer service would be amazing but we soon learned that it was not the case. Bottom line we learned our lesson and will not recommend this place to anyone ever again.
