Bill Harper and Jamie went above and beyond what one normaly finds these days to secure pertinent data records for a particularly special bike they had in their impressive showroom. My several hundred mile trip to their shop was rewarded with an accurately represented bike with zero excuses or dissapointments. The entire purchase process was an absolute pleaseure with what felt like new freinds and fellow enthusiasts. Kudos to the entire Harper Cycle & Marine Team! I will most certainly be back.
I am very happy with the repairs the service department did for me. New front tire and found the source of my noise in the drivetrain. I will be bringing my bike back anytime I need work done. They are professional and provided updates when I called.
