I recently purchased a 2025 Honda Rubicon from Hamburg Honda. As far as the machine, so far so good, zero complaints. The salesman, Cam Fattal, he's great. He was calm, professional, and actually kept up with correspondence with me, which is huge in my book. If you're thinking about buying anything Honda as far as an ATV, side by side, dirtbike, motorcycle, or generator, go see Cam the Man!! You won't be disappointed.
They’ll string you along for weeks, make you do all the legwork, then waste your time with a laughably lowball offer. I never received a single returned call. They offered me $300 for a bike I was asking $1,500 for—even after I clearly told them not to bother if they planned to go below that number. This is a bike that won Best of Show last year. Cam later claimed the offer would be closer to $1,000, which I reluctantly agreed to. The bike is objectively worth between $1,500 and $2,050 based on JD Power, Facebook Marketplace, eBay, NADA, and KBB. Meanwhile, I was prepared to pay cash well over sticker for their leftover, modified bike. I had better offers from other dealerships, but none had a bike I actually wanted. This kind of behavior is exactly why people avoid dealerships. I own multiple bikes and have bought many over the years—I know how the game works, and this isn’t a game, it’s a scam. Beware: their practices are extremely sketchy
