I stopped by Gulf Coast Motor Sports in South Fort Myers with a friend to look at bikes and pick up a new pair of gloves. We spent around 20 minutes walking around the store, checking out different models and gear. During that time, several employees were sitting behind a desk, and not one of them approached us to offer help, even though it was clear we were interested in a few bikes. For us, as two women shopping alone, the lack of acknowledgment felt even more noticeable. Whether that played a role or not, the experience was disappointing, especially after visiting two other locations in Fort Myers where staff immediately offered assistance and were genuinely helpful. Based on our visit, it really seemed like they weren’t interested in helping or selling a bike. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place!!!
Amazing place. Everyone is friendly and ready to help you. If you want to buy,sell or trade a motorcycle you should stop by, BMW motorcycle inventory is always good with premium packages and all accessories you can imagine, the Ducatis always sharp if you looking for speed. Some employees speak Spanish so is very helpful.
