I made the trip from South Carolina to Glen Burnie, MD for an outstanding deal on a CRF450rwe, from the Team at Glen Burnie. I loved the dealership layout and inviting feel of the store. I was treated exceptionally well by Bill and Wayne as well as the rest of the team of professionals at their store. The dealership staff were genuinely friendly and enjoyable to talk to. These guys are enthusiasts and not just salesmen. I have to say a huge thanks to Bill and Wayne who were patient with me coordinating the trip there and a longer than normal buying time because of delays on my end, not theirs. They met all my expectations and my bike was in perfect condition and ready to go when I arrived. Thank you again Glen Burnie Team. A+

Knowledgeable and charismatic staff! Large selection of motorcehicles, and very reasonable pricing. Key detail, they aren't incredibly pushy, which I liked. I was allowed to ask questions and explore without the pressure to "purchase something now" etc. The building is clean, well kept, retains a "new car smell" through the entire facility and have a large variety of options in store and willing to help find products not currently shown on the floor. I only regret not taking more pictures, but only because I was too busy chatting with the staff and asking questions.

I recently visited Glen Burnie Powersports as I’m preparing to purchase my first motorcycle. As a first-time buyer, this is a big decision for me, and I came in ready to ask questions and seriously compare different brands and models. When I walked in, I greeted the sales representative. He acknowledged me, but remained seated at his computer the entire time and never once got up to assist me or ask what I was looking for. I was clearly browsing and looking at multiple bikes, yet no effort was made to engage or guide me through the options. As someone new to motorcycles, I have a lot of questions — especially when it comes to comparing brands, reliability, maintenance costs, and overall differences between models. Instead of feeling welcomed and supported, I felt overlooked and left to figure everything out on my own. I understand that dealerships can be busy, but basic customer service — especially toward someone clearly interested in making a purchase — should be a priority. Buying your first bike should feel exciting and informative, not dismissive. I left without getting the guidance I was hoping for and will likely be looking elsewhere to make my purchase.

Drove up from Southern Maryland after getting an outrageous mark up on a leftover (2024) KMB60 for my son from Atlantic Cycle (like close to 100% markup for a 999.00 bike). Called and spoke to Dan asked for a no BS out the door price for a 1 year newer KMB60 they had in stock and they beat Atlanic cycle by close to 500.00 and Glen Burnies was a year newer!!!!!. Worth the extra distance. Will 100% being going there for future business.

I purchased a new Honda NT1100 here a few days ago. It was a very easy transaction and Dan was very helpful. You don't get any of the unwanted sales pressure here; just answers to questions and excellent responsiveness. It couldn't have been easier. I'm hopeful that the Service department will be as good as Sales. I'll soon see.
