We can't say enough good things about the people and experience we had at Rocky Ridge RV in Nacogdoches. We had an older trade in that had some issues, and presented even more problems when we were getting the transport done, but all the good people at Rocky Ridge went above and beyond to help us and work with us at every level. From transport and trade, to financing our new RV. Pricing was excellent and more than fair, and I have no doubt that service after the sale will be stellar. They have a large selection of RVs to choose from as well. This is the place you want to be for a new or used RV, or RV service work. Don't miss out on this gem in East Texas!
Definitely the smoothest dealer experience we have ever had. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, didn’t try to upsell stuff we didn’t need and gave us all the time and attention we needed. Our sales gal Phoebe was the best. She showed us the differences in the trailers to help make our decision easy. The general manager Troy is as good as they come. No pressure, easy going and very helpful. The techs setup the trailer and hitch to perfection. One thing most people don’t look at is the facility. The show room was spotless and very organized. We will be recommending them to anyone that asks. If you are looking for an RV dealer or just service, check these guys out. First class all the way.
Ariahna was a fabulous sales representative. Super knowledgeable and professional. We did not feel pressured but had all the information we needed. They have a company policy of not spam calling or using hidden fees, which we appreciate.
We shopped around at several RV dealerships until we landed at this one in Nacogdoches. We ended up buying a travel trailer here from Cody and the entire team did an amazing job. Cody spent time with us showing us numerous units until we found exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a few TVs added, an electronic door lock and a custom fireplace and they said it was no problem! Nash took care of all of our financing and extended warranty and explained everything very well. David from service talked to us about upkeep and even scheduled a date in 2 months to come back to have our fireplace installed and do a check up on our unit for us. The guy in parts (can’t remember name) took care of a few things we wanted to add to our purchase without any issue. We were very happy with the entire team and our experience with them. I would highly recommend these guys!
Looked at several places and several campers but this place is the place I would highly recommend. The managers and staff are super helpful and the saleswoman i had was ariahna she went above and beyond helping and to make sure I got the camper I truly wanted.
