These guys are great! Kellen Miller has been very helpful from the minute I called inquiring about the new HD11, throughout the purchase process, and for the multiple questions about upgrades and accessories after delivery. Mike Sievers in Finance was great too. He helped me get the financing and explained all of my options with absolutely no pressure to purchase extended warranties or any other add-ons. Both of these guys are great! I couldn’t be happier with my experience and I’ll highly recommend them to anyone in the market for an ATV.
Went in to buy a Sportsman 850 Premium that they had online. I had in writing a better price on the same machine from another Polaris dealer. Gene's refused to negotiate at all. So on the way to the ranch, I stopped at a different dealer, they didn't have the Premium, but offered to locate one. Within a few days, I had the 850. Come to find out, they got the one from Gene's. Salesman was good, knew the product, but management tries to make a fortune on every deal.
