Amazing customer service and great people overall. Matthew helped me when I bought my bike last Friday and did a solid job keeping me informed throughout the process. I bought the bike last week but didn’t receive it until today due to a few complications, including mechanical delays and an issue with the delivery truck. The wait was longer than expected and it was originally supposed to be delivered, but I understand that things happen. Overall, the staff was professional and helpful, and despite the delays it was still a good experience. I’d recommend Gable Motorsports and would buy from them again.
How to start , great customer service from Eric , he really helped me out with my first bike purchase ever . I came in with a mindset that I was only going to get a chopper style of bike because I had the notion I was more comfortable to learn in that type of style bike, but he took his time on showing the different variation/style bikes including sports bikes, everyday ones with comfortable seating and handle bars , which was my main concern . Once he started explaining and showing the difference in the bikes it opened my eyes and I realized that I was leaning more towards a sports bike with a good amount of cc’s and that’s where I fell in love with this bad boy . A perfect starter bike where I feel comfortable and I still have some speed to it . Which is a Kawasaki Ninja 500cc 2025 . All thanks to Eric it made the experience smoother and helped me realize what I really wanted instead of what I thought I needed . If you are in the market for purchasing a motorcycle or any other sort of toy please take the time to speak with Eric who is highly knowledgeable and very patient when looking for the bike that’s right for you. 10/10 customer service and very professional.
I recently visited Gabels Motorsport without any real intention of buying a motorcycle, just to take a look. But thanks to Michael and Matthew, I ended up having one of the best purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and provided excellent service from start to finish. Gables motorsports is awesome! I live in the Florida Keys about 120 miles from their location. I called and talked with Joey about purchasing a dual sport motorcycle I saw advertised online. Joey described the motorcycle to me in great detail. I was very interested. I asked if he could get me qualified for financing before I made the trip. Sure enough he called me back to say he got me approved. From there we both worked out a day and time for me to pick up the motorcycle. When I arrived everything went as expected. Joey was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The facility was amazing. The motorcycle went through inspections and the loan paperwork was a breeze. In short time Joey and Gables motorsports employees had the motorcycle in the back of my truck safely strapped down ready for me to take home. It doesn't get any better. A totally stress free deal. I have now been riding a few weeks and the motorcycle is perfect. Exceeded my expectations. I can't say enough about how great Gables motorsports and Joey made my purchasing experience. If I could give more stars I would. Definitely contact them if you are thinking about buying a motorcycle!
