I am 69 years old and have owned over 30 motorcycles. This was the best buying experience I have ever had. Brad, the sales manager was extremely responsive. David, the business manager was totally competent and kind, Harry. The service guy was very thorough and going over all of the bikes features. They love motorcycles and it shows. But more than that, they love a fair priced deal and great customer experience. I will be a repeat customer.
Got the deal done over the phone and drove 3 hours to get my bike. straightforward process... Brad was awesome made sure i was taken care off, so was harry helping me load the bike and we got to talk about motorcycle racing, great store didnt get any weird vibes! Got to try out the bike this weekend and it behaved amazingly! Thank you Full Throttle NC
I was in the market for a new bike and had decided on a Kawasaki Vulcan. I stopped into Full Throttle in Lowell to see if they had the Vulcan when I was approached by Rob who is the General Sales Manager. Rob was great and answered all my questions about the bike. I was still looking so I went home to think it over. The next day I requested and received an Out the Door price quote via email from a very large dealer near Charlotte that had the Vulcan "On Sale" for a lower price than anywhere else which sounded great. When I saw the quote they managed to tack on nearly $3k in "Fees" which was ridiculous so I stopped back into Full Throttle and asked Rob what their OTD price was and without knowing about the other offer he beat it by $1000. No hassle and no hard sell which is what I was looking for so I bought it. Rob and Brittany processed the sale in less than an hour and David did the paperwork and got my new plate so I was good to go. They even had the bike delivered to my house for free by Harry who was great. If you want to deal with decent and honest people and get a fair price for your bike etc I recommend that you stop by Full Throttle and see Brittany or Rob. They will take good care of you.
Good experience purchasing a Used UTV. 2½ hour drive... would it still be there ? Not an issue as they will hold the "toy" for you. A $100, refundable, deposit does the trick. Decide it's not for you???, they refund your $100. Can't beat that... I liked the No Pressure sale. I arrived, Brad brought the UTV to the door, asked if I had questions, then told me to look it over, drive it around and check it out. I proceeded to drive around for 30 minutes...pulled the seats, popped engine cover and gave it a thorough inspection. At no time did anyone come out and question why there were parts and pieces laying around. I was allowed to thoroughly inspect the Used UTV. I put it back together, went inside, told Brad I'd take it. 6 minutes later I was loading it up. No dragging it out, no trying to sell me crap I didn't need. No surprises or add on fees. The staff were all friendly and courteous. After arriving home, I have put the UTV through the paces of Farm Life in the mountains of NC. So far so good. Unit appears to be strong and should have years of service remaining. I will recommend Full Throttle to friends and family. Thanks for answering all my questions over the phone. I had many questions concerning the unit and Brad took the time to answer them as best he could... good enough for me to drive over 2 hours to look and purchase the UTV. Professional and Knowledgeable.
Heaven did a very thorough job with the purchase and made it very simple and non complex. Bought a kawi dirtbike and returned later that week and bought a quad. Both times extremely impressive with communication and knowledge

Buying a snowmobile from Full Throttle Powersports in Lowell, North Carolina? Use this checklist to avoid costly surprises.
Inspect the track and slides
Lay the sled on its side and check the track for cracks, missing lugs, or cuts. Pull the track away from the slides and check for wear groove depth — worn slides increase drive noise and reduce efficiency.
Check the hood and tunnel for damage
Cracks in the hood or tunnel can signal a past crash. Look for mismatched or faded plastic, which often means replacement panels were installed after damage.
Inspect the carbides and skis
Carbide runners on the ski underside provide steering. Worn carbides (less than 3/16" remaining) reduce handling on packed snow. Ski replacement is inexpensive, but factor it into your offer.
Check coolant and oil
Pull the coolant reservoir cap and oil tank dipstick. Milky coolant signals water contamination. Low or dirty oil signals deferred maintenance. Ask ${dealerName} for service records.
Ask about storage and season history
A properly stored snowmobile — fuel stabilized, fogged engine, battery maintained — will start and run far better than one that sat neglected. Ask Full Throttle Powersports about the unit's storage and riding history.
Snowmobile financing is seasonal. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal at Full Throttle Powersports in Lowell, North Carolina before the riding season starts.
Typical Loan Terms
24 to 60 months is typical for snowmobile loans.
Down Payment
10% to 20% down is standard. Off-season purchases sometimes qualify for promotional rates.
Pro Tip
Get pre-approved by your bank before visiting Full Throttle Powersports — it gives you a rate to compare against dealer financing.
Manufacturer finance programs (Ski-Doo, Polaris, Arctic Cat) often offer zero-interest or low-rate deals in the off-season. Ask Full Throttle Powersports what programs are currently available. Buying in spring or summer often yields better financing deals than buying in fall.
