This place Rocks first the service department I had a recall on my RZR they called me to get it taken care of. Once we talked they ordered the part and once it came in they called me to make an appointment. Made the appointment for Nov 1 no set time just drop it off. Well Friday Oct 31was here I called them about 2:30pm to see if it was ok if I brought it to them that night the 31st they said of course no problem never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience just said YES. I live about 1 hour and 30 minutes from freedom cycle. So by the time I left work got home loaded the RZR up and got to Grandview it was about 5:50pm they close at 6:30pm. What they did next blew my mind and was so unexpected. I went in did the paperwork give them the keys and said I would be back tomorrow to pick it up. Got done with that and went back to the truck to head home we let the dog out for a minute as it was a long ride. They came right out while we were letting the dog stretch and ask if we could wait about 20 minutes that the technician thinks they can complete it in 20min as long as nothing unexpected happened remember they close at 6:30pm it is Friday night and Halloween and at 6:26pm my RZR came out and was ready to go home. This meant so much to us so we did not have to do the 3 hour trip again the next day. I can’t say enough good about this place. I bought my RZR brand new from here in 2016 and had a great experience then as well. I felt like family it was so amazing THANK YOU to the whole service team your truly amazing in my book keep up the good work 😁
