I just wanted to say thank you for your assistance today. I was in the interstate and the Van I am driving I just purchased used from a car dealership and the fuel gauge doesn't work properly. ( I know that now) And they gave me above and beyond what they had to. Again I thank you for your kindness. I will certainly encourage anyone to go there for any needs they may have in the tractor, boat etc business. I feel like God let my vehicle stop exactly at the right spot. And if they treat a total stranger that way then I know they take care of their customers who take their business there. God's blessings upon the business and employees.
I had been in the market for a can am x xc 1000. I had 2 horrible experiences with a store in Gadsden & Huntsville where the floor price is one thing and by the time you get to the counter they’ve added $5000 on the sales price. And you have to talk to so many people to make the deal. Frederick’s outdoor exceeded my expectations. I called and spoke with Stephen on Thursday to confirm they had the ATV. He confirmed the price & specs. We took him a check the next day. No additional fees, no hassle, & straight forward good business. He had washed it & gassed it up & even went over all bells & whistles with me before I left. If you are looking for an atv go see Stephen!

I can keep buying their product without fear of any downtime due to maintenance Everyone that I have come in contact with has been very friendly and helpful but most importantly knowledgeable which is very hard to come across with no one wanting to work and over half the people sitting at home not working these people .... family or not are running a very tight knit business hitting the ground every morning make sure they keep their customers happy and coming back! I really do appreciate it. BUT!!!... WITH ALL THAT POSITIVITY THERE'S STILL ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT...
