I purchased a bike here not too long ago. I sent in a contact request through their website and got a message back the next day answering my questions. I found some time to head to the shop but only had about two hours. Zach was very helpful. I was able to sit on the bike and made sure it was comfortable to me. They took care of me and was out within two hours. I highly recommend them and I have already told a few friends about the shop.

Recently had my Honda Shadow repaired at Fox Valley Cycles due to a minor rear end collision. Jim in service was great from the moment he accepted the job from the insurance company all the way through the entire process. He worked directly with the insurance company and was always quick to keep me informed on the process. Repair work was top notch and even done a bit sooner than expected.
