I would just like to say this was one of the best buying experiences of my life! My husband and I have purchased a lot in our life and this by far was the easiest and most fun we have ever had! Tyler was our salesman and he was so upfront about cost and information on each bike we looked at. He never made me feel rushed or like biking wasn't for women (which ive experienced at other places). He was kind and very good at his job. Ed helped us look at helmets and gloves and accessories!!! He is awesome! He was so fun and really knew what he was talking about when it came to safety and his recommendations. He really knows his stuff and is a blast to hang out with while youre shopping! I would recommend everyone to come here and look around. We will definitely be back and recommend people to come visit! We are so so so impressed. My friend brought his motorcycle in this morning to have the oil changed. I was very impressed with the service he received. This is a family-owned business, and they have the best sales and service department I have ever experienced! Super friendly, very short waiting time, and people who take the time to do the job right. They were very patient in explaining to me about motorcycles, as I know very little about them. They treated us as family and friends. JT in Sales, Danielle in Service, and Ross, the mechanic, were all awesome, especially Danielle, who was extra kind. The bike runs perfect, thanks to these fine people. They took great care of us, and when the time comes for me to start riding, I will be heading to Fort Collins Motorsports to buy my bike!

Service and parts department go above and beyond. I have been in the process of restoring an old Big Bear ATV. The carburetor was in bad shape, and unfortunately, the majority of parts are discontinued. My unit was in such disrepair it was basically unable to be fixed. Alan and his team went above and beyond to help me navigate the situation and even found an old core carb in better shape than mine, and rebuilt that one for me. In a world where most dealers can't be bothered with finding parts for old machines, and would rather sell new machines, these guys really stepped up to challenge and I couldn't be happier. They will definitely get my business in the future, and I highly recommend them.
I can't say enough good things about the people here. I went in looking for an Indian bike, and was really surprised. The staff are all really pleasant, helpful, and they know their products all across the floor. They work with you to get you the bike you want, and will even help you find the best gear that works for you. Ryan G in accessories was amazing with his help. Steve K was awesome, in finance, and the whole team didn't make it a process, they really made it a pleasant experience. No high pressure sales nonsense. They just listened and helped. Special shout out to Caleb, who was a friendly smiling face, helping me get to the people I need to see.
