We had been searching for a Honda Ruckus in our home state Ohio and could not find the color or price I wanted. We found a unit exactly like I wanted without all the fees as it was a pre owned 2024. It even came with a very nice storage bag. We made it a family weekend and traveled to PA for the first time. Dominic made the whole experience flawless. We put down a deposit to hold it so we could plan the drive/stay in Erie. There were a couple parts that had wear and they were able to order and install those parts at a reasonable price. They spent time with us finding a helmet and gloves and gave us a deal which was a bonus having traveled so far for the sale. I highly recommend this place! We would shop and buy more often if they were closer to our home!
Dom at Forest Park, as well as everyone there were top notch and helped make the buying experience quick and easy. They weren’t pushy, didn’t try to add in extras, just sold the unit and with a price no other Honda dealer could match. I tried 5 others. 5 stars guys!
I was looking for a large scooter/small motorcycle and Forest Park Honda had the bike I was looking for. Dominic was very professional and helped me with the purchase. I got a great deal there and was helped through the entire purchase. I had not been there in over 40 years but the sales and service are as professional now as they were in the 1980's. I recommend anyone looking for a motorcycle or something on two wheels to go there and see Dominic. Great job. I am satisfied.
I was downsizing significantly from the bike I was trading to what I wanted to buy. From the initial inquiry phone call until I rode off the lot, Dominic was amazing and patient with me and all my questions and concerns I had. Being a female rider, trying to buy a bike (and I’ve bought several) can be a stressful process. Never once was I made to feel like an inconvenience. I was treated better than I had in the past at other dealers. I would buy from them again without hesitation. Thank you for an amazing experience!!
I had a very disappointing experience working with Daniel Ore on a plow install. Communication was unorganized and unprofessional from the start. I've had to follow up twice to get basic information, and even then the details were incomplete or inconsistent. Instead of helping simplify the process, Daniel made everything more frustrating and time-consuming than it needed to be. Because of the lack of clarity and effort, I completely lost confidence in the Forest Park Honda and the support I was receiving. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. I Spoke with Corry at JTI in Hubbard, Ohio, where I finally received straight answers, solid service, and enough confidence in the process that I placed a deposit on the spot. Overall, my experience with Daniel was terrible, and I would not recommend to anyone moving forward.
