Well, entire store gets 5/5 besides the selection of clothing. By far the worst selection/sizing and is only for fata$$es. Never a dealer hat or shirt I want either. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years, multiple bikes, and it’s been pathetic to find a medium or large the last few years, like the vast majority of people are. Additionally, when I swing through, nothing back there is new besides what’s on the pillars and even then, there’s never my size. Might as well go north or south a few miles for clothes. The dealers I go to that have a well stocked clothing section are the same dealers that haven’t been hit as hard by the last CEO and his stupidity. Do better with your Motorclothes Faribault Harley, do better. When this changes, this review will also change.
I would like to share a recent experience with my bike rental with Faribault Harley Davison. Back in early October I rented a motorcycle from said dealer. I told the rental agent that I wanted to originally rent the bike for 2 days. 2 days before I rented the bike I mentioned that I only wanted to rent for 1 day (24hrs). Rental agent said not problem. When I came to rent the bike I had confirmed that the rental was only (1 day) and supposedly he said that he made the change on day of rental. Come to find out that I was charged for 2 day rental. $287.00 for extra day. I was told that they would only give me store credit for another rental within 365 days (Oct. 2026) from initial rental. Although the experience up to then was good, I was furious that they will not reimburse me for rental. I live in the Eden Prairie area, and not sure I will even rent again.
I ran into Mike from Service one day at the store after my bike had died. He went above and beyond—spending a lot of his own time troubleshooting the issue and even calling another guy from the shop to help. They both took time out of their day off just because I was a local Harley-Davidson owner in need! I’ll definitely be visiting the store and using their services in the future.
Perfect place to get the bike of your dreams , my family/friends has been going there for years and is the only place they go to. Sales doesn't rush you or keep any hidden fees or anything to stop a sale going threw. I consider them a dealer for the people not a dealer for the money. Also shout out to the coolest service tech GARGOYLE!!!!! You had my back i got you. See you all again in a few weeks.
Great Dealer Fair pricing and negotiating. bought my 23 Low rider st from them Drove over an hour and half from WI to them to get the bike passing many other dealers on the way. a year later I Made some engin modifications and wanted the Bike Dyno tuned and again took it to them what a great Job they did . gained close to 40ftlb of tourqe and 20 HP in my riding range . Andrew ,Derek ,Big Mike and Jason have been great they treated me well . highly recommend them.
