I stopped in yesterday on our way south to Florida and had the best experience! Everyone was extremely helpful in finding us some new gear and showing us around the dealership. They had a great selection of not only gear but motorcycles with the hottest new colors! I enjoyed it so much I might consider making the long trip to get my next bike!

CAN'T GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER. These guys are living in the dark ages. First off, if a business isn't willing to advertise prices, online, or on the showroom floor - run the other way! You'll be walking right into their trap. I tried to get a price on a "New" 2023 Road King. that's right - 3 year old new bike. $5K over MSRP ++++ (Chris's Response)!! No wonder they haven't been able to sell it in 3 years time! My response to him was "what will that Bike be worth when i leave the stealership and drive it home 100+ miles. Crickets!! Wont answer me because he knows i'll overpay for it (5-8K), then they'll offer me $20K if I try and trade it in an hour later. Aren't we all getting tired of these neanderthal stealerships?! Stay away from these stone age places.

This store has gone way down hill. Their merchandise has gone away with hardly any restock. Their service advisers are terrible and rude! I asked to speak to a manager and was told no managers were in the store! I purchased a service plan earlier this year for them only to constantly change the terms to fit the dealerships advantage. When I purchased it they also said they wash and detail the bike that has never been done correctly or completely for that matter. They don’t even wash the wheels! the service advisers do not care they just shrug and go away! When you call no o e answers the phone I was # 1 in the que for 30+ minutes. Then I request the call back and that takes hours. I’ve done a lot of business with this dealership over the years and have seen them care and have great customer service, the new management is a joke! I strongly advise using and purchasing from other dealerships before ever spending a dime in this store. I will be sharing this experience on every form and to everyone I know and urge them to use any other Harley dealership!

Very large Harley with lots of bikes and tons of specialty ones. It was fun just to walk around and see all the mods and painting. Basic shirts start at $45 and poker chips are $4 so it is pretty pricey for a HD. But they have some sales sections and the employees are super friendly. Clean bathrooms and they do events all year round.

**I would not recommend you take your msf course at this location. The coaches here are negative and unprofessional. Personally I don’t believe they care for their students either, outside of how much money they can make selling you cheap gear. I have taken the course at other locations and not experienced this. More specifically the location in lithia springs has excellent service.
