Beyond expectations!!! I've been looking at/researching Africa Twin motorcycles for years. I saw on the web that this dealer had one. I spoke with Curtis (owner) who really spent time talking about the bike as well as financing. He is knowledgeable, professional, and is genuine. In the end, I got a very fair deal and couldn't be more pleased with Curtis, his staff and my bike. Trust me, you can buy with confidence. I will recommend him to all my friends!!! Factory Pro Motorsports saved my weekend! They had the parts I needed when all the other honda retailers within and HOUR of me failed. The staff was highly knowledgeable and had the parts waiting on the counter when I arrived. My husband bought a used bike and it ran. He took it here to get carburetor fixed cause it started being a little weird...they were only supposed to redo carburetor. Went to get it after almost 2 weeks. Nobody ever calls to let you know anything...you have to call and see. Well it didn't even make it to the red light by hwy 218....they told him his tank had rust in it and tried to get some rust out even when he didn't tell them to mess with tank.... They came and picked it up and worked on it again...we had inline fuel filter added. Got it back it leaked around the house and the filter. My husband took it back to them again and they redid it. Still nobody calls to let you know anything. He called to check on it. It wasn't ready yet so after a few days he checked and was told he could come get it or let them keep it a couple days to check it but that it was ready if he wanted to come get it. So he got it and the next day the house smelled of gas. It leaked gas from the carburetor, hose,filter and exhaust. He tried and gave them several chances but it just didn't work out for us. Update....it's at another shop to get fixed. The mechanic said the carburetor has not had anything done to it by the way it looks and there was no rebuilt kit in it and the gas tank is not that bad. So we paid to get work done that didn't happen.... apparently. I didn't cuss anybody or talk to any of y'all. Like I said it just didn't work out for us and the bike ran before we brought it up there. Thank you for your time
