I had a great experience at Factory PowerSports! I stopped in recently to pick up some parts, and the process couldn't have been smoother. The staff here is top-notch, they were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I had exactly what I needed. It’s refreshing to go into a shop where the team is not only professional but also genuinely kind and welcoming. Drew and I can't say enough about my experience and the people at Factory Power sports in St. George Utah! First off I am trying to buy the bike long distance from Alaska over the phone. The purchase was made difficult due to financing processes on my end, the logistics of time and weather due to the last season, out of state licensing, etc. not to mention the bike was also a consignment sale. All together the issues were dragging out the purchase time. But Mike Basso was tremendously patient, helpful, and a great communicator, he worked with maximum effort with my loan group to check all the new boxes that the Leander required. once the purchase was finalized. Mike and the supporting staff there continued to help me. I had to fly in and be able to just jump on the bike and ride out to Reno and try and make the weather window. I had products sent direct to mike, and ask if they could install parts, set rider sag, and pre set up the bike for my road trip. While they aren't doing that for free, they did go to the limit and extend every courtesy to me and I am not even sure they charged me for half the things they did for me. including having me come into the back and allow to me take part in the final bike setup. After all purchasing and set up was compete, they didn't stop there. I had travelled with to much gear to carry on the bike, as well as the bike its self came with a ton of extras. So, me not having a car or means to carry what was the equivalent of a small pick-up truck load of parts and gear to a shipping place. Miss Hailey in shipping at Factory Direct was kind enough to manage and handle shipping all of my stuff allowing me to get on the bike and get out of town making my weather window just in time and with a relaxed mind, knowing that all of my stuff is in good hands. This wasn't just a motorcycle purchase, it was purchase with a late season impulsive road trip and adventure. That involved a lot of patience, last minute coordination, and support to make this little dream ride happen. I am grateful for all of the effort that Mike, Hailey, and the rest of the staff at Factory power sports put in for a traveler ( non local ) voice over the phone trying to make life happen!! it was a really big deal because it wasn't just me, that was on this adventure, I was meeting up with and sharing it with a group of other rides goin through similar experiences and they were impressed at how Drew and I were taken care of. In closing one of the every best purchase experiences I have ever had, to the point that if I ever want to purchase anything again, weather it be a motorcycle, atv, utv, or boat. Regardless of what state I am living in, I will purchase from them and travel to them to get it.
We have purchased a jet ski and 2 bikes from Mike at Factory Powersports St George. We live right outside of Las Vegas and always make the 2 hour trip to buy our machines from Mike. He makes the whole process easy; the pricing is right and worth the drive. We make the deal over the phone and he always makes sure the machine is ready so we can get on the road back home.
