I received outstanding customer service. They were very patient as I made multiple visits to try and decide on the best option for me. The sales staff was very informative and wanted to make sure I made the right decision for my specific needs. The service and parts department were also excellent in helping me find the gear and customized items I needed. Shout out to Jeff for all the help he provided. I settled on an Indian Challenger Limited and look forward to taking on a long road trip this summer.

Two wheels, better deals, buy and ride how freedom feels. I had come into this store on 2 other occasions to look at FTR’s. They had some perfect ones but not the one I was looking for. Eventually The Rally version of the model was in store. Currently I am reviewing it on my Youtube channel SoloKozak from mile 0 and on. Okay shameless plug in aside. This store has the best motorcycling atmosphere there can be. Jeff is great at listening and understanding that there is the right bike for everybody it’s just gotta be the right time. Very friendly and helpful. You get the sense he’s your friend but also has air of corporate professionalism. The salesman her will is dope. Like he’s way too cool to be there type guy. The energy of this guy makes me think he was an actor at some point Sarah handles financial like a boss. She is honest and thorough. This can be a very boring part of the process but went quick. Jerome ensured that I fully understood the maintenance, the when, where and why. Had a awesome team working with me to get the trike that I purchased. I want to recognize the following people: Cory Duckworth my salesman. If not for him I wouldn't have walked in the door. He answered all my questions over the phone and made me feel at home before I got to the door. Once in the door Sarah Herard, Tommy Williams and William Flake Jr. Worked to make it possible for me to purchase my trike. There were a few issues in the purchase with the lender but they were creative and worked through and around them until they were resolved. Selling is their business and they wanted to get paid but it's different when you genuinely care about the customer and their happiness. Just wanted to share my experience with Extreme. So, I was on the hunt for a specific bike and Extreme had this unbeatable deal going on. It was so good that I decided to take a road trip from the Mid Atlantic to snag it. I even dropped a deposit sight unseen as an out-of-state buyer, and they totally earned my trust. No funny business or old-school sales tricks here.
