I read the reviews before buying my brand‑new Ducati from Eurosport Cycle. I saw the negative ones, but there were plenty of good ones too, so I rolled the dice. Boy, did I get taken. I was told the bike was “mint.” When it arrived, the fairings were scratched — obvious damage on a motorcycle that was supposed to be flawless. I called repeatedly to get it addressed, but every time I reached someone, I was told only the owner could handle my concerns. Despite that, the owner seemed to constantly avoid my calls and he made it incredibly difficult to connect with him. When I finally did get him on the phone, he dismissed the damage entirely and told me “that’s just how Ducatis are." He further stated that there wasn't anything he would do. So, I'm left with this very expensive motorcycle that looks like a toddler wiped it down with sandpaper. If you’re considering buying from this dealership, I unfortunately found the negative reviews to be quite accurate of what to expect. Learn from my mistake. A shop that delivers a damaged bike and then dodges responsibility is not one I can recommend.
They are genuinely nice people who work there. I bought a Triumph Tiger Sport 660, and they explained everything about the bike in detail. It's the only dealership I've been to where they did not pressure me about addons or extended warranties. Also, the 600 mile check could be scheduled a week in advance and only took 1 hour 30 minutes.
Going Back to GSXR Eurosport Cycle is the classic wolf in sheep’s clothing. They turn on the charm the moment you walk in — all smiles, all “we’ll take great care of you” — but once your bike is out of sight, the care and professionalism vanish. After a routine service, I noticed new blemishes in my paint. When I asked how they clean the bikes, an associate casually told me they wipe every bike down with brake cleaner. Brake cleaner. On paint. On plastics. On machines people take pride in. That alone says everything about their standards — and explains the fresh damage. While the bike is on the stand, observations of a Honda Gold Wing being worked on inches away, may be made; as if every motorcycle is just the same lump of metal. No separation, no caution, no respect for different machines or the hardware they require. And the deeper you look, the worse it gets. A technician at a reputable shop later discovered a mangled air filter — crushed so badly debris could have passed straight into the engine. It was installed by Eurosport Cycle when they installed the exhaust, and the air filter had clearly been forced in and left that way. If it doesn’t fit, just smash it in and have the owner deal with replacing the $250 air filter and engine issues, right? When issues surface, I was told that only the owner is allowed to address them — but he never returns calls. Not once. Not ever. I was left chasing someone who has no intention of taking responsibility or turning a bad situation into a better one. Raise concerns and they’re dismissed as “nit picking,” as if expecting basic competence is unreasonable. New blemishes in the paint? Brake cleaner used on your bike? Hidden damage? Somehow, it’s all considered “wear and tear.” However, Eurosport Cycle is doing all the WEARING and the owner's pocketbook is doing all the TEARING. And honestly, what’s the point in purchasing a high‑end machine if you can get better service and better care from a more common Japanese dealer? Eurosport Cycle services those too, but I wouldn’t trust them with anything — not even my Schwinn. Working with Eurosport Cycle feels like dealing with insurance: everything is great while you’re paying, but the moment you actually need them to perform, the quality falls apart.
I just purchased a used motorcycle from them. Robert was upfront with costs, and didn't pressure me at all. Very nice guy that made the whole experience one of the easiest, hassle-free purchases I've ever made. Price was more than fair. Another gentlemen explained the ins and outs of the bike to me before I took possession. Overall very pleased with this shop and will be recommending to friends. Night and day difference between some of the other competing dealers in the area.
Highly recommend! I've had my bike serviced here a few times and they have done an amazing job. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and the pricing is more than reasonable.

Buying a snowmobile from Eurosport Cycle in Fort Worth, Texas? Use this checklist to avoid costly surprises.
Inspect the track and slides
Lay the sled on its side and check the track for cracks, missing lugs, or cuts. Pull the track away from the slides and check for wear groove depth — worn slides increase drive noise and reduce efficiency.
Check the hood and tunnel for damage
Cracks in the hood or tunnel can signal a past crash. Look for mismatched or faded plastic, which often means replacement panels were installed after damage.
Inspect the carbides and skis
Carbide runners on the ski underside provide steering. Worn carbides (less than 3/16" remaining) reduce handling on packed snow. Ski replacement is inexpensive, but factor it into your offer.
Check coolant and oil
Pull the coolant reservoir cap and oil tank dipstick. Milky coolant signals water contamination. Low or dirty oil signals deferred maintenance. Ask ${dealerName} for service records.
Ask about storage and season history
A properly stored snowmobile — fuel stabilized, fogged engine, battery maintained — will start and run far better than one that sat neglected. Ask Eurosport Cycle about the unit's storage and riding history.
Snowmobile financing is seasonal. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal at Eurosport Cycle in Fort Worth, Texas before the riding season starts.
Typical Loan Terms
24 to 60 months is typical for snowmobile loans.
Down Payment
10% to 20% down is standard. Off-season purchases sometimes qualify for promotional rates.
Pro Tip
Get pre-approved by your bank before visiting Eurosport Cycle — it gives you a rate to compare against dealer financing.
Manufacturer finance programs (Ski-Doo, Polaris, Arctic Cat) often offer zero-interest or low-rate deals in the off-season. Ask Eurosport Cycle what programs are currently available. Buying in spring or summer often yields better financing deals than buying in fall.
