I have always liked BMW’s and Ducati’s. In fact, i have purchased more than one, two Ducati’s. I also bought a BMW. Every time, I started my purchase journey by getting some perspective from Dunbar Euro-Sports. They have never gave me the personal service I look for from a motorcycle dealer. The sale’s person is cool, but he has always failed to close the deal. The owner is worse. Dunbar, your perspective and ways of addressing customers have failed to secure any sales from me. Maybe this is a personal thing on your end. I have always wanted to give you my hard earned money. If you choose to compete in this fashion, multiple Ducati’s and one BMW have escaped your sales. If this is your way of operating, I think you will be doomed as a operating business. You will continue to have left over sales that will linger and never sell at the advertised price. Buying a three or four years old motorcycle leftover is wasting Five to Eight years old of money. I want you to go and experience Dunbar for yourself, and not believe a single truth i have offered. All dealers of this kind isproving to be something to avoid. I am not going to over supplement your earnings by overspending

This is an excellent dealership. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Tom, the owner, is very personable, and knows more about bikes than anyone else I have encountered in this field. He is always there for advice and suggestions and direct hands on and how to knowledge. They have an excellent parts inventory, and the facility itself is clean, bright with many bikes on display. The service department is fast and reliable. Best of all, the work they do is solid. I have never had a problem of any kind bringing my bike there for service.

This is in fact my first time ever writing a review. I have a bmw f900r that i bought there and i brought it to them to do a service last year just an oil change and make sure everything was allset they charged me 400 dollars brought it there again this time for the same thing they charged me 600 dollars didnt even lub my chain i am not the one to complain about prices if i feel like its reasonable but i understand everyone has their prices i am a business person myself and if they did a good job on servicing my motorcycle i wouldn’t of looked back at my 600 hundred dollars but after looking for signs of service of my bike realizing that most they did was an oil change upset me wont bring it there again.

Dunbar is my go-to shop for buying Ducatis (I bought two from them over the last few yrs ). Sales and services are great - very knowledgeable and they put you first. Highly recommend.

This place has no sense of professionalism, the sales person and manager has no respect for the clients. The deal was set for us to buy a bike and next morning we called to settle all the details from the bank and they had sold the bike to someone else with no regards of what was discussed with us right before. I tried to speak to the manager in the most polite way to see if something could be done and he came at me like I had no idea what I was talking about. Definitely not the right place to buy anything if you are looking for respectful and professional staff! Don’t waist your time here.
