I recently read a review about the Ducati Detroit. One woman said she wouldn't work with them because she didn't like the coffee. :) Here. I decided to write my own. At the end of the season, I decided to swap my zx 10r for another bike. The choice fell on the bmw m 1000 rr or Ducati Panigale v4s. Honestly. Until I saw the bikes live, I thought there was no better German manufacturer. I was wrong. In real life, they are completely different than in the pictures. Ducati is the pinnacle of motorcycle construction. BMW (may other riders forgive me) is just a set of fashionable parts. About Ducati Detroit: Like it: Service and responsiveness of sellers; Quick registration; Compared to other dealerships, people here really know their stuff and everything about motorcycles. (I was surprised how the seller keeps all the information about the bikes in his head, right down to the tuning price). We had some minor disagreements during the purchase process. Kevin decided everything and found the "golden mean". I didn't like it: Probably only because they have very little space (as far as I know, this issue is currently being resolved). These motorcycles should be on the podium, not in a small alley. This is a crime :) Special thanks to the guy who brought the bike to my house (you have to double his salary). Thank you so much. You helped me make my childhood dream come true, and right on Christmas Day. And I'll be back for coffee. I was there, I was drinking coffee. It's delicious. The cups are small, though :) (Italian style). I will definitely come back here. And I wholeheartedly recommend your dealership.
Love this spot, love the guys, Steve Earl and Phaedra (butchering her name) made the service great. Helped me out get my multistrada sorted. Enjoyed the conversation with Joe, bought some new gloves, a helmet, and had an espresso. Great place to meet fellow ducatistas, talk about bikes, and truly embrace the ducati spirit, with an espresso in one hand and sambuca in the other !
I came in from out of state to purchase a used 999 in lower Michigan. I then brought it to Ducati of Detroit where I received exceptional service. Mr. Steve Earl and his team have great expertise. They diagnosed and promptly corrected a complex fuel delivery issue. They prioritized me despite their busy workload to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. The whole staff were welcoming and friendly. I felt at home. Even in Italy my bike and I could not have received better care. This is an excellent establishment with an excellent service department. This place is amazing. I’ve been here for ladies night and a track riding seminar and to just look at the bikes. Each time I’ve been here it’s been a nice experience. I do not own a Ducati (yet). I ride a Triumph and no one has made me feel bad for being at a Ducati Event and not even owning a Ducati. I have been on the fence about getting a BMW or a Ducati. All my experiences at Ducati of Detroit is what has made me decide that my next bike will be a Ducati. 10/10 cannot recommend this place enough.
