The hearsay about this place is not good, but I don't normally let that shape my opinion. The rating on here cracks me up because i've never heard anything good about this place. I do.Wash my cars and customers' cars regularly at the car wash in the same parking lot as them. There always doing donuts, romping throttle, doing seventy miles an hour down forty highway in customers rigs. I have called them out multiple times and they always say they own this one. I would not take my equipment to them. Knowing that they're going to go smash on your 30000 plus dollar utv. There are so many high quality power sports dealers with service shops around here.I would not go to this one if my life depended on it.I would go to dell's advantage liberty or donnell. This place is ran by a bunch of immature kids who's going to beat on your stuff.And the quality of work I wouldn't even want to know how bad it is based off of how stupid they act outside of their store in public. I don't see how they think.This is a good look or how they think.I own It is an acceptable answer. If it would have been one time.Yeah, maybe it was actually their personal one, but every single time like six times now, that's just how they treat your stuff go at your own risk
Dream machines were amazing!!! We called on a friday about one we had seen online but unfortunately it had sold but fortunately Sherry was quick to get us set up with two more machines they had just gotten in on trade that was just what we were wanting. immediately after buying we took to the loop in missouri and had absolutely no issues with our machine. Amazing staff super friendly and right up our alley, along with the four legged ones. Thank you johnny sherry Andrew and even the parts guys in the back, truly awesome people and place.
Great place all the staff are great patient and absolutely amazingly wonderful they took care of me worked with me even i had a death in my family they called and checked on me and was patient with me but through it all they are the best and I am extremely happy with my 2021 ryker
The hubs and I had a GREAT experience here! When another dealership said they couldn’t finance us ( with no real explanation ) we found Dream Machine. He met with Andrew after work on Friday, found the CanAm he wanted right away. We came back together Saturday morning and Andrew had us in and out with our new machine in under half hour! Friendly staff all the way around! Everyone spoke to us and they made us feel right at home. We will be off playing tonight and will recommend them to everyone we know!
I just purchased my first ever side by side from Dream Machines and I couldn’t be happier! First of all, I live almost 3 hours away and this was the closest dealership I could find with ANY inventory. I found one I liked online and Sherri reached out to me almost immediately. After discussing my interests she sent me a few photos of others that had just arrived and hadn’t made the website yet. The communication was friendly, informative, and helpful. Sherri kept me up to date through the entire process and was able to have all the paperwork ready for me once I arrived as she knew I was traveling from out of state. Once I arrived, I found a 4-seater in stock that suited the needs/desires of my family even more. Even with the last minute change, Sherri was very understanding and accommodating and was more concerned about me getting the right machine than making a sale. I dealt mostly with Sherri, but the entire staff at Dream Machines was kind, laid back, and helpful. I highly recommend Dream Machines! Even if you don’t see what you are looking for online, call Sherri or stop by in person as they are constantly getting new inventory in! A must visit if you are in the market for a side by side, motorcycle, slingshot etc.
