Had a great experience. Richard and Jason were awesome. Took a long time with our financing and was extremely helpful and patient from start to finish.
I took my 2024 Polaris Pro R to them as my front differential lock was not working (one wheel was able to be held when in 4wd lock). I took it to them and expressed my concerns and let them know I changed the fluids twice on the entire machine and found abnormally large shavings on the front differential drain magnet and showed them pictures of it, I was informed (“Believe it or not that’s totally normal “) Got a call back and was told “everything is working properly” I asked if they got the wheels off the ground and tested it and was informed they did. At this point I’m irritated as I’m more than mechanically inclined and able to address the issue but that’s why I have a warranty on a $40,000 machine right?! So i go pick it up and paid them the $90 for a fluid change and diagnostics and guy at the counter said we had it out back and it was spinning all four tires(sounds like they were to busy having fun rather then diagnosing it). At this point I’m out $200 for the bill and fuel. I dropped it off at my garage and got all four wheels off the ground and wouldn’t you know diff lock is in fact not engaging and I’m able to hold the tire while the others spin. I called them back and told them it was not working and I took a video to show them. I was told I’d get a call in the morning and nothing. I took it to another dealer in Cincinnati and showed them the video and pictures of metal shavings and he verified that’s definitely not normal and that he will go through the DRIVELINE MODE DIAGNOSTICS and report back. $400 down the drain in total $90.94 bill $110 in fuel there and back for both trips then $150/$200 in fuel taking it to Cincinnati both trips. So if you don’t like to waste your time, fuel and money on a bill that should have been covered under warranty I’d highly recommend going to another dealer/service center. UPDATE; Cincinnati dealer found 4wd lock not to be working at all and led them to three problems. #1 Shavings on front differential drain magnet, from thrust washer being severely damaged and warn. #2 thrust washer in front diff severely damaged and teeth on ring gear chipped from thrust washer shavings. #3 front driver side 4wd lock actuator wiring harness had a short from what they stated was likely done when the dealership I purchased it from assembled it but could have been like that from the factory. Thanks Don Wood Polaris & Victory for your incompetence and shear lack of leadership, integrity or honesty!
Horrible experience. Lets just go down the list. 1. Bought the bike and drove home no temp tag or nothing cause im told they do not do temp tags. Yes this is illegal which the dealership told me to do. 2. Go to dmv cant get temp tags. After raising a stink they finally print one and I have to drive an hour to dealer ship to get. 3. When deal was made it was Tax tag and title was agreed price. I finance the bike through my credit union and now im just waiting for everything in the mail as I am a wv resident bike purchased in ohio. 2 days before tags run out I get a check in the mail for my sales tax. They never sent anything to dmv. Now I have no tags waiting on title work to get done cause never was sent in to WV. Call dealer ship no one is willing to help lies and blames from everyone. Bike will sit in garage till legal. Also was a security code on bike I asked for that was never gotten back with so had to call harley dealer ships to learn how to reset my self. Owner Jeff Wood told the sales manager honest mistake but refused to help with the countless hours I've spent trying to do the work to make my bike legal they agreed to do at time of purchase . Bought well over 20 cars and bikes never had a worst experience than this place. If your out of state stay away apparently they dont know how to handle that.
