I'm new to the world of motorcycles, this purchase being my second bike. Destination Cycle is about 2 hours away so I wasn't able to come in to the showroom. However I knew what I wanted having done all the Internet research humanely possible. I called up and spoke to Dakota and explained my situation and what I was looking for. He made it so easy and gave me an incredible sense of trust and confidence in this remote purchase. He answered all my questions and even advised me on matters I hadnt thought of. Well beyond the call of duty! They even delivered the bike and made the paperwork effortless. The sales manager and he arrived and walked me through everything. My friend and I came in to trade in his Ducati scrambler for his dream bike, the hypermotard! Dart assisted us and was so friendly and communicative. He made the process stress free and delightful. He was real and worked with us on our budget. We hope to do business with them again in the future. Worth the drive and money.
Campbell was fantastic! We did all the hard stuff over the phone, brought my husband by for a test drive even though he didn’t know what I was planning. Campbell gave him a thorough explanation of the Unit and showed him its capabilities, then let him drive. He happily gave his thumbs up and I returned after work to finish up! He had all my paperwork ready to go and I was out the door! Originally he wasn’t gonna be able to deliver till late this week, but worked some magic and had it delivered Saturday Afternoon! All the staff was super friendly while I was in the store and as a car dealer I truly appreciated the professionalism of everyone involved!
