I have my camper van stored at Dennis Dillon RV for the winter, and recently decided to have new house batteries installed before I pick it up in March. The prompt action Dan took on my inquiry was incredible. Efficient service, information on the new batteries and their cost, and notice it had been completed was so appreciated and set my mind at ease. Their customer service can't be beat.

My husband and I purchased a motor home Rv from Dave Hughs last week at DDRV. Dave was a pleasure to work with. Dave was very helpful and courteous to us both. He took his time with us, to make sure our purchase was everything we wanted and more. We are so happy with the service we received from Dave at DDRV. We will definitely be lifetime buyers at DDRV. We would like to say Dave went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely happy with our Rv we purchased. He made the whole process easy and pleasant. We enjoyed meeting Dave and the whole crew at DDRV. We actually left there feeling like we made some wonderful friends that afternoon. Best sales purchase experience we have ever had! So like a few of the other reviews the buying process was good I even say board line great . I came from out of state to purchase a used 2020 black series hq 12 . It had some cosmetic issues but there inspection said it was all good to go . On the way home I stopped for the night and went to lock up the trailer to find out the front door dose not have a working key. And they knew this but just thought it wasn’t important enough to share this . Then two weeks after getting home me and my kids decided to take it out the first time . To my surprise the grey tank was leaking badly so I went to hook up the hoses to empty it out and the whole fill hookup came off in my hand as it was literally glued on only spilling grey water everywhere including on me . So I was like well this is why I got a warranty no big deal to but the trailer been in the shop for 4 months now and recently got told it won’t be covered like nothing is coved. Door leaking pipe or the whole grey tank that needs to be replaced/ rebuild so much for. Bumper to bumper warranty they sold me . On top of that it took me 4 months to get a call back from Ddrv . So unprofessional it’s ridiculous like the worst experience I have personally had. And or know about . Please ppl don’t fall for there sales tactics they are scammers and don’t stand behind their products.

We just purchased a new RV from Dennis Dillion RV and we are so glad that we made the drive all the way from Coeur d’Alene! After a 7 hour drive we were greeted right away with a genuine smile by our salesman, David Hughes who had hats for the kids and coffee mugs for us. He showed us around the impressive 52 acre facility and I felt like a kid on a candy store looking at all the powersports toys. When it came time for the numbers he was incredibly honest and did everything he could to get us the best deal. None of the stereotypical slippery salesmanship. We are over the moon excited about our new Highland Ridge 26BH and the family memories that we will make traveling the country. Never did I think that we could find a NEW RV in our budget but they made it happen. It seems a little extreme to drive 7 hours and pass dozens of other dealerships along the way but I am going to recommend all my friends come here for an awesome deal and definitely make sure they talk to David!

Do not buy an RV from this place. We bought one in July, and it had a variety of issues. Unfortunately, we were assigned Chris as our service advisor. To say Chris was awful would be an understatement. We were missing the second set of keys. We followed up on this every month, and he repeatedly assured us that he had ordered them. After three months, we still didn’t have the keys. When the new service guy took over he told us it wasn’t never order. So basically Chris lied to us the entire time The other two issues were that the ceiling batten did not fit correctly and the fridge was not working. We brought the RV in for repairs, and during the process they damaged the ceiling and apparently had the wrong part for the fridge. We then had to bring it in a third time, only for them to dent the wood base underneath the fridge. I’m fairly certain this happened due to carelessness while removing the old fridge. Chris was later replaced by a new advisor, Joe. I sent Joe photos of the most recent damage, and he told me it was a “personal preference” issue rather than something objective. When I called him, he tried to gaslight me by saying I was just trying to find problems. We finally got all the issues address and remember we bought our EKKO in July - and it got remedied yesterday 1/15 with additional damages. DO NOT BUY AN RV FROM THIS PLACE. Their service department is terrible. They damage your rig every time you bring it in and then downplay it as if it’s perfectly acceptable. I’m also going to refinance my loan due to this experience, might be too late but I hope they don’t get paid on their loan kickback because they don’t deserve it.
