I just purchased a MX pro se at Dell’s Powersports. Jo was great to work with. He is very friendly and professional. No hidden fees with upfront pricing. Jo was very helpful with answering all my questions and getting the information that I needed. Great job! Also, Chris was great in the finance department with wrapping up the purchase, also very friendly and professional. I definitely would recommend this dealership.
Best dealership ever I had the best time everyone was so nice and happy way to go the whole team this dealership was probably the best experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was so nice shout up to indigo for selling me those wonderful parts and just shout out to their whole sales team for just being there and doing what they’re supposed to be doing. I just really love the dealership definitely coming back I think them for treating me so well and closing videos successfully come here if you wanna have the best time of your life enjoy the best bike in your life. Such an awesome experience, from the intial phone call to Jo, who set up a test drive on ice and snow. Then, to meeting Chris and David. EVERYONE was welcoming and explained each step of the purchasing process perfectly. Every question was answered timely and knowledgeablely. Highly reccomend. Jo, superb customer service dude!!! I would NOT recommend this dealership. They sell you products you don't need (i.e. gap insurance when you put down 40-60% down payment). They don't send any confirmation or anything. Then good luck cancelling any warranty or insurances. They took 3.5 months to cancel my extended warranty and gap insurance. Also good luck in trying to get a hold of a real person. They're into the new AI gig to save cost so almost no one real ever picks up. I bought 2 bikes from them in same year and they still did not extend me any courtesy as a customer. I suggest take your business elsewhere and stay away from this place.
This place is awesome! All the sales people are great! Jaidyn did an amazing job staying on top of getting everything lined up and squared away for my kawasaki z125 pro. Were gonna have alot of fun with the wife learning and maybe some day the oldest kid. She seemed to really like her job! I wish I could list some other people on this review but im bad with names. Dont hesitate to call dells!!!
