It all started back in 1985 when Del Amo Motorsports was founded. We were located at 1512 Aviation Blvd in Redondo Beach, CA. This was a store that was only 6,000 square feet, but one that was considered large for a motorcycle dealership at the time.

I went down to the Redondo showroom to sit on some bikes and (hopefully) buy my first. I had been down the internet rabbit hole and wanted to talk to someone knowedgeable. This place is full of those people! I spent a good amount of time talking with Cris and then Noemi about bikes and gear. Shortly thereafter I was finishing the paperwork for my first (EVER) bike and the entire team from from desk to sales to service to parts was amazing. I would recommend the team here 100%!
I had called and emailed a few times to get some answers about the weight of some Sea-Doo’s as well as aluminum trailers and didn’t get much help. The emails I got directed me in a totally different area and I never received a call back from one of the sales people. It’s a very nice facility with a lot of beautiful toys. Very clean and spacious. Large free parking lot out front. Prices are what you would expect for purchasing a never used high octane toy. Nice selection. Right off the freeway.
After a 45 year absence from riding I decided to start riding again. I completed the CMSP course and DMV written test. I headed down to Del Amo Motorsports of Redondo Beach and was helped by Noel. I enquired about a 2025 Red Honda Trail 125 and was told there was one in stock. Noel showed a printout of a quote and I countered offered, to which they counter offered, which was $50 above my offer. So I accepted. There was no high pressure selling and the deal was sealed in less than 1 hour. I signed all the paper with the Financial person, and she offered me the extended warranty, which I declined. Again no high pressure selling. Could I possible have gotten a better deal somewhere else. Yeah. But they met my price point which I thought was a fair price. Their showroom and parts/accessory sales area is very nice and they are conviently located. I picked up the bike the next day and their service area where I picked up the bike was also very clean. Noel was there to check all the paperwork and was helpful with introducing the bike. Another person from the service area loaded the bike to the hitch carrier on the back of my truck. I was very happy for a very non stress deal.
I had an amazing experience! Everyone from the sales team to the finance department were all amazing. 10/10! And I’m loving my bike! I bought a used Honda rebel. They made sure I felt comfortable with the process, the price was awesome, and their knowledge was impressive. I suggest checking them out!
I recently purchased a Yamaha V Star 250 from Del Amo Motorsports and had an amazing experience! My sales rep, French, was outstanding. Even though he’s only been there for 3 months, he’s already employee of the month—and it’s easy to see why. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable as a motorcyclist with years of experience. He really made the process as painless as possible and got us a great deal that we truly appreciate. The rest of the team was just as helpful. Wardo took the time to show me how to start up my bike, go over basic maintenance, and even helped load it onto my truck—above and beyond service! Overall, this was my second bike purchase and it was actually easier than buying my first, thanks to the team at Del Amo. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends, family, and even foes (haha) and will absolutely come back here for bike number three when the time comes. Ask for French and Wardo if you’re thinking of buying your bike from here. They will make you feel informed and confident in the purchase of the bike you chose!

Buying a snowmobile from Del Amo Motorsports of Redondo Beach in Redondo Beach, California? Use this checklist to avoid costly surprises.
Inspect the track and slides
Lay the sled on its side and check the track for cracks, missing lugs, or cuts. Pull the track away from the slides and check for wear groove depth — worn slides increase drive noise and reduce efficiency.
Check the hood and tunnel for damage
Cracks in the hood or tunnel can signal a past crash. Look for mismatched or faded plastic, which often means replacement panels were installed after damage.
Inspect the carbides and skis
Carbide runners on the ski underside provide steering. Worn carbides (less than 3/16" remaining) reduce handling on packed snow. Ski replacement is inexpensive, but factor it into your offer.
Check coolant and oil
Pull the coolant reservoir cap and oil tank dipstick. Milky coolant signals water contamination. Low or dirty oil signals deferred maintenance. Ask ${dealerName} for service records.
Ask about storage and season history
A properly stored snowmobile — fuel stabilized, fogged engine, battery maintained — will start and run far better than one that sat neglected. Ask Del Amo Motorsports of Redondo Beach about the unit's storage and riding history.
Snowmobile financing is seasonal. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal at Del Amo Motorsports of Redondo Beach in Redondo Beach, California before the riding season starts.
Typical Loan Terms
24 to 60 months is typical for snowmobile loans.
Down Payment
10% to 20% down is standard. Off-season purchases sometimes qualify for promotional rates.
Pro Tip
Get pre-approved by your bank before visiting Del Amo Motorsports of Redondo Beach — it gives you a rate to compare against dealer financing.
Manufacturer finance programs (Ski-Doo, Polaris, Arctic Cat) often offer zero-interest or low-rate deals in the off-season. Ask Del Amo Motorsports of Redondo Beach what programs are currently available. Buying in spring or summer often yields better financing deals than buying in fall.
