He helped explain possible causes to my issue, looked up parts for me, even got me the part number for the tool I would need to complete the job and the torque specs for the bolt needing removed. Not impressed with the turn around on service. Sent my wheeler in for a carb clean and air box replacement. A month later I'm stopping in to pick it up because I had received no calls or emails about any updates. I had agreed to do only the carb clean and air box and they decided to replace the starter which I had declined. So now I'm stuck paying for that. They said they are still waiting on the air box lid to come in yet the carburetor parts and air box it's self had already came in....I feel taken advantage of
