I was in The Carolinas, but had been thinking about my next bike, I ended up calling around to several dealers and it was obvious that no one was interested in making a sale that day. We called and talked to Monica and she was terrific, so we went to sign the papers and pick up the bike. It was a excellent experience. Had a wonderful experience at D2. From sales to parts to service, their whole staff is communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly. I purchased a new bike and gear; their support and excitement was genuine and I felt welcomed to the family. My salesperson, Marcus, was so wonderful. He answered all of my questions and helped find the right fit for a shorter rider. Their parts department quickly found the mods I wanted, even when they were vague ("I just want something that looks slicker"). When the parts came in, their service department got right on it and scheduled my delivery promptly. This won't be the last motorcycle I buy from here. Thank you guys!!!!
As an MSF instructor who's owned many motorcycles over the years, I have always avoided dealerships and buy private party. But D2 Powersports Greer had such a good deal on a 2022 BMW F750GS that I decided to give them a shot, and I'm so glad I did. Marcus was my salesman, and he went above and beyond from start to finish. As a short female rider, I was very pleasantly surprised that he never tried to talk me out of this "big bike" or question my choice - he treated me with respect from the start. When I had second thoughts about the purchase, he took the time to talk through my concerns and helped me feel confident in my decision. He wasn't pushy, just genuinely helpful and understanding. He is a stellar salesman and person! Marcus and Hunter even stayed late to help me load the bike into my truck. I was so anxious about it being so late after hours, that I couldn't even work a ratchet strap (LOL). Marcus & Hunter actually strapped it down for me, something most dealerships would never do. That level of care and willingness to help really stood out and I will forever be grateful to D2 Greer for treating me like family! I've now owned this bike for ~3 months & ~5k miles, and I'm loving it as much as I thought I would! No issues with it whatsoever.
