Cyclemax was AH-MAZING! Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable! They kept me updated about my bike and during business hours, text responses were incredibly quick! Super responsive! For a first time bike owner I know I annoyed the heck out of them with all these calls and questions but they were SUPER patient with me! My original plan was to service and repair my bike at Coleman in Woodbridge where I got my bike but after multiple recommendations, I went with Cyclemax and the regrets: NONE! Don't think twice, just follow through with CycleMax! My bike looks brand new after a deer t-boned me! Excellent work!
I was looking for my first motorcycle, and the staff at Cyclemax took the time to give me lots of advice. One thing I also really appreciated is that the listed price is the price you pay. I ultimately went with a bike sold by a private seller because Cyclemax didn't have the specific bike I wanted, and I was too impatient to wait. However, I did my MD safety inspection with them and was happy with. The staff members I interacted with seemed to genuinely care about their job and their customers, and I enjoyed interacting with them.
Cycle max did an excellent job replacing the rear tire and breakpads on my BMW R1150 RS. I found them to be friendly, competent, and accommodating. I was surprised by the detailed cleaning they performed when I picked up my bike.
