I spoke with just about every dealer in the DFW area while shopping for my Ninja 650, so let me save you some hard work: CTS Powersports is in a league of their own. Not only did they beat everyone else on price, but the level of service here is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There’s a big difference between simply completing a transaction and truly building a relationship, and these folks get it. From start to finish, Riley, Daniel, James, and the entire team made the process smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. They took the time to answer every question, made me feel like a valued customer (not just another sale), and went the extra mile at every step. If you’re in the market for a bike, stop wasting time calling around. CTS Powersports is where you want to be. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.
Expect no help after the sale. Initial purchase went smoothly enough. I started calling 3 weeks prior to my temporary tag expiring trying to see if maybe the tags had been sent to the dealer. Multiple calls went to a message saying their voicemail hadn’t been set up. No one answering the phone. When I did get in touch with someone I was promised a call back but never heard from anyone. More calls went unreturned. Garrett left me a message trying to blame the state which is BS because I bought a new car the week before and had the plates in less than a month. I am simply trying to make sure my paperwork got sent in correctly. A simple process that should be very easy to complete but apparently is beyond the staff here. I have filed a complaint with the State of Texas. Maybe they will answer their calls EDIT 7/28/2025 Still waiting for my plates and title 4 months after the sale. Ellis County Tax Assessor’s office states they have received nothing from the dealer. Multiple calls to Cycle Town have fixed nothing. Update 11/21/25 Finally got my registration from the state almost 8 months after buying the motorcycle. Please avoid this dealer and go to Cycle Town South in Lancaster. They seem to know what they are doing, and Tiffany who works in Lancaster is the one who had to clean up this whole mess.
Great friendly service and pretty knowledgeable. The main guy knows everyone who comes in or just met everyone and goes out of his way to make them feel welcome. This is the third time I've used them for tires for my Harley Davidson. I'm also use them for fixing front forks and they've done great job. They can put on my tires while I waited I wasn't expecting that. Will use them every time over my Harley dealer...👍🏼🏍️
