I can’t say enough good about this location! Bo has worked with me day in and out! And the knowledge he has is unmatched Andy was flawless! Even after my purchase I had one hiccup, not only was it rectified, cheers to the service department! Andy literally said hey my wife made muffins and gave me breakfast! That is the way this company works! That is the feel you get at this location! Speaking of service! Not only was I welcomed by Tiffany and her husband they went above and beyond to make sure my experience was the best possible! The layaway program they have is unmatched! Got my son his dream bike from this company! I 100000% will only go back to this location for my off road desires! Best pricing in the state. I have purchased multiple bikes from BO and my experience with him and the other salesman has always been top notch. They make the process quick and easy. Parts department also has a solid selection of parts. I highly recommend these guys.
The Service Team Is The Best!!!!! If you ever need motorcycle service this is a place you can depend on. The team that serviced me today was Tiffany (At Desk) & Steve (Technician / Mechanic) I Thank God For Places Like Cycle Specialty. I also saw two different bikes that grabbed my attention. The Sales Team was also very informative and answered all the questions I asked. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I would like to thank The Bruce’s (Tim & Tiffany) and Rick for taking care of my bike! I found one bolt missing from my lower tree and called Tiffany to see if Tim could check that area out. I didn’t know their schedule, but they told me to drop on in. Tim replaced it on the spot, checked the other bolts, and looked over the bike. He didn’t even charge me for it and told me to come back when I had the replacement! It was raining that day and Tiffany offered to drive me back to my house! I came back and they installed some new levers and flushed the brake fluid on the front and rear brakes. One of the check lights came on when they installed the levers, but turned out to be a piece of plastic that needed some attention. When I picked the bike back up, the brakes were much firmer and didn’t take a lot of effort compared to when I got the bike. Outstanding customer service and glad they’re close by for anything that I may need! I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out and let them take care of you! Thanks again Tiffany, Tim, and Rick! October 9 2024- Decided to give the bike a fresh oil/filter and coolant change. The Bruce's offered to hitch me a ride back home that same day. During the service, Tim/Rick/Tiffany found that the last oil change was (bike was purchased at a Marietta dealership. Same dealership that had the bolts back out on the lower part of the bike.) done, but not correctly. They found the threads where the oil filter threads onto were tightened down using clamps, which is why it was leaking when they did the oil change. To help with the down time with allocating the part, they found a spare in the shop to throw on. I bet you some other shops would just pass it off or overlook that part as long as the job was done. Also, the coolant was supposedly set from the other dealer, but was still low. They have been there and will be there for the continued restoration of the bike! Thank you again Tim/Tiffani/Rick/Cycle Speciality for the hospitality and care for my bike!
